When you contact me

If you call, email, message me on WhatsApp or book a call, I use the information you provide to respond and discuss or deliver the work you request. This is separate from optional website statistics. I rely on steps towards a contract for prospective work and legitimate interests for ordinary correspondence. I keep necessary business records and remove information when it is no longer needed, subject to legal and accounting obligations.

Optional website statistics

With your consent, Umami Cloud measures page visits and activations of booking, telephone, WhatsApp and email links. A click is an attempt to make contact. It does not establish that a message arrived, a call connected or a booking was completed.

The website sends a reviewed page path, page label, event name, fixed button placement and contact channel. Only approved generic Instagram campaign labels are retained. Contact details, messages, booking references, full referrers and arbitrary URL parameters are removed from these analytics payloads. I do not add an individual customer identifier. Umami also processes technical connection information to deliver its analytics service. Its analytics is cookieless, but remains opt-in here.

The website is registered in Umami’s EU dashboard. The Hobby plan retains analytics for up to six months. Umami acts as a processor under its provider terms. EU hosting does not by itself remove international-transfer considerations. Provider information is available in Umami’s privacy policy and data processing agreement.

Consent preferences

CookieYes provides the consent interface and records privacy choices, including a consent identifier, timestamp and technical information needed for its consent service. Its preference cookie remembers the choice. See CookieYes’s privacy policy and data processing agreement for its processing, retention and transfer arrangements.

You can reject optional tracking or change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Refusing does not block contact links. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals also block optional tracking. If consent controls are unavailable, optional tracking stays off. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not automatically erase information already held by a provider. Contact me about deletion or other rights requests.

Booking and external services

The booking page automatically connects to Cal.com to display available appointments. Cal.com processes the details you submit to arrange the meeting. It is not required to accept website analytics to book. WhatsApp, Instagram, Cal.com and other external links lead to services with their own privacy terms. See Cal.com’s privacy information.

Advertising and recordings

Google Ads collection and session recordings are currently disabled. No browser click is sent as a confirmed advertising conversion.

Rights and questions

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent. Email me using the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
